ok i'm a pretty good poker player but no matter what i try either slow playing or being aggressive with KK i always lose, it's like no matter what they have and what i play like with them, it's not good enough, would it be just bad luck? any ideas how i could play it so i don't lose a pot lol

KK is exactly what it is a pair of kings first and foremost, However it is the second best starting hand.  Preflop if you have kk and someone shoves allin you know that you have the second best starting hand this means only AA is better you haft to call.  I know some of you are saying know way you don't haft to call!!!!  YES YES YOU DO if your not going to call with the second best starting hand preflop what will you call with???  After the flop however KK becomes a good hand that goes up or down in hand strength depending on the flop if you hit anything or not and if an Ace hits your probably scared to death.  Now how do I know what to do with this hand preflop it was easier now I have xxx on flop and I'm not sure how to play this.  Its all about information here if someone raised preflop you reraised them they called and an Ace hits flop....you bet and get called or reraised probably a good chance they have an ace.  With Ace on board its pretty easy for us to fold even though most players have a hard time to do it.  If we lose big after ace hits it's our own fault to lose big.  However KK AA QQ is hardest to fold on rag flops lets face it most of the time we go into the hand already thinking all chit I'm going to get sucked out on here.  We get Q high flop with KK then we bet the pot or big basically pushing our opponent out if we get  something like 592 we are scared and still do the same and overbet.  The only time we play a hand like we should is if we hit our K then we are not so scared.  However we need to remeber  look for information to help us remember KK is just a pair of kings after flop preflop don't be scared after flop play your hand.
