Truepoker.com is running a test site Poker Fun Club with promotions, every night at 7:30 and 8:30 pm EST they run $500 freerolls with a maximum of 500 players and on thursdays it is $1000 fr
reg is at 6:30 and 7:30 EST   I joined a week ago and haven't seen one run yet. Only because we need a min. of 200 to run. Looks good to me so far. Please come check it out! I need some FREE MONEY !!!
P.S. This actually is a play money site, but, it is my understanding that any real winnings from these "promo" tourneys will be placed in your True Poker real money account!

whats wrong with this picture is that TruePoker is a very small site that has po'ed some folks off in the past, and is not supported or approved of by TW.

Most on Texaswheel aren't interested in freerolls - unless it is to get a bankroll started on a site they will be or are playing

Truepoker has had some questionable actions in the past... but I would not depend on any freeroll winnings turning into "real" with drawable cash

well I certainly don't understand why, the only thing they request to cash out any $$$ is a one time deposit of $20
my hubby played there won the 6k, cashed out no problem....check was delivered fed -ex within 4 days

I also play there with funclub and i dont care where it"s at--building a bankroll any where is ok with me ! They have good money to be won but people must be used to depositing i guess......i play true poker when i"m broke, the sit&go"s are fun and the nicest, congenial people on that site i have ever seen....try it, you might like it..

lol at Joolie. I am soooo happy ur hubby won there and actually got his money out. that is good.

But lets look at this site then. they are on the Yatahay network (snicker, only room on the network). Pokerscout shows them as only having a average of 117 players per 24 hr period and thats just an estimation from Pokerscout, ( a poker site traffic site that tracks traffic at sites, but doesn't bother with small sites like TruePoker ). And who the hell knows who runs this network/site? I've googled a bunch. and the best I get is they have servers in Costa Rica.

They are well known as a site that uses "prop" players. hell, u want a job, there are plenty of prop forum sites that will hook u up with them, lol

Eight months ago, they told me (after extensive e-mail msg's) that I could NOT play freerolls there unless I had first made a deposit. I can dig those emails up if I must, but 2 drunk and lazy now. maybe they changed their policy, who knows.

My point is, why even bother with a site that has weird rules, actively uses "prop" players for #'s and has been the same amount of traffic for over a year, and it's low. Then...why play there? hell, just look at any dam forum, and none of them have any kind of deal with TruPoker. Period

again, great Joolie, that ur hubby actually got some money out of there, but at poker, it's not a +EV to play there.

As I posted earlier i won $500 there  and admittedly did have lots of bad beats thereafter which prompted me to log out but I ended up $450 to the good and they cashed me out promptly with no problems.
