Hey Mods, please delete if this is against the rules of copyright.
My comment on this is that it is a shame that there is no individuality left in this corparate world anymore. Seems like everything, when it comes to asking a "business", a question, devolves to a "form" response. I am not mad at Merge for this response. It is a response, and close to on target. It is just so impersonaley and "bottom line efficency" correct, it leaves me cold.
Makes me think that the companies, that really stand out, are the ones that have a very high level of customer service. So, which poker rooms or poker networks do you all think provide the BEST level of service??
Personally, I give Merge an 8. And I think that PokerStars is a 10
Now I'm just talking about MY experiences with rooms/networks customer support. And I'm talking about where I thought they were good or great.
Please no comments on Bad, or Lousy experiences
AND, OH YEAH, the hunt for more Merge Network Emoticons continues!
Anyone know of more???
