hello, I recently opened an ewallet express account to get my money faster than by regular mail. I went through the whole process and then I was able to make a cashout. The time it takes to get my money is 5-10 business days-sounds great.
Yesterday was my 9th day waiting and I didn't get it, can't believe they making me go through 2 weekends of waiting.
I log in there yesterday and it says depsoits to Canadian accounts are temporarily disabled...I log in there today and it says same thing. I have just enough money in my account to cover my withdrawal.
When it comes to getting my money they always seem to come up with some kind of dirty under handed tactict to delay me from recieving my money. So now I can't even put money into my account if I wanted to play somewhere, to me seems like they are hoping I use whats in there, therefore I wouldn't have enough to process my cashout.
This company gets 15% in fees when anyone withdraws, I can't understand why they wouldn't want to do it faster...they are in the business to make money...15% costing me to take out my money and for some reason they don't seem to want to do it Huh in a quick manner
well im not impressed, so now I will try moneybookers and see how they opperate, anyone use moneybookers-can you let me know how you like their service? thnx_Joolie

I know last month there were problems with several payment processors and the Canadian banks as a new law went into effect in Canada

From the little bit I heard about it ... sounded very much like UIGEA. And that could mean no longer being able to move funds back and forth via a Canadian bank.

I do hope this isn't the problem but instead is just due to the holidays

Where was the delay? On the poker client side or at the eWalletXpress side?

As the Canadian government has their own UIGEA - Canadian banks have begun blocking gaming transactions. Check with eWalletXpress to find out if this is the problem.

We all have our fingers crossed this isn't the problem

I'm in the US and eWalletXpress still appears as a deposit option for me on AP & UB.... this is beginning to sound more and more like the Canadian form of "UIGEA"

You have entered the incorrect amount. You must wait 24 hours before we will allow you to make another attempt. Our service department will be unable to assist you during this period.

Important:

Please check again on your statement for the exact amount in EUR.  If your credit/debit card issuer does not show the amount in EUR, you cannot verify your card with Moneybookers. Do NOT try and guess the amount!

ok so now i am trying moneybookers and have already run into a problem-i checked the amount they withdrew from my cc entered it and they say it's wrong-it is in euros

suppose to be between 1.01 and 2.99 but from what i can see it is 4.56 i dunno how it works

this is not the first time i have tried this- i need help and have no clue how to get hold of them either, i tried calling the numbers they have listed-they don't work right or i am not using it right-too confusing for me

http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html says that 4.56 Euros equals $6.569.  Is this the amount you are trying to convert?

$4.00 equals 2.77662 Euros if that helps...

the amount showing is 4.56
the amount they say will be between 1.01 and 2.99 when i put the 4.56 it is wrong, so i must convert 4.56 canadian to euros and dunno how, each wrong attempt they make you wait 24 hrs before you can try again
