over the past few days ive seen many suspicious moves that i would consider chip dumping. for example::  im at a final table  and 2 players hav been chatting constantly.  the chatting stops for abt 20 mins  and the 1 guy who is the chip leader  raises  than rerases the short stak(whom he was chatting with) short stak calls both.  flop comes JT8 and short stak about 2800 in chips goes allin,  chipleader  with about 85000 in chips  folds.  am i wrong but is this shady??  now the short stak has 18000 and takes me out next hand wen i hav JJ and he goes all in w AT and hits the A.  very shady

not sure if it is shady or not . I was not there , however it is known some people will enter a game with a friend and chat via IM about the pocket cards they are holding ... or right out in the open game chat . It is pretty dishonest and usually it bites them in the end one way or another . Called Karma  -

maybe take note of the 2 separate players  and if you see it more then once you have your answer to your gut feeling .

Then maybe drop a email to the account department or something or the Forum Admin who held the tournament -   Smiley

Congrats for the final table though  good job !

Yeah, it does appear a little smelly based on your description.

I would be a little careful about reporting it though.

I would want to observe these two players on more than one ocassion to see if the suspicious behavior was repeated at other times and tables.

If it is, then I would become a very squeaky wheel to the Poker Room and any Forum involved about ridding a little of the poker world of these cheaters.

Chip Dumpers should be killed. Hog tied and killed. there is nothing worse than a cheater especially when its done online which hurts all the online players because if we cant trust the pokersites then what?
