Well, I'll throw out my most recent donkey thoughts on the matter. I have just recently come to the realization that I bluff way to much as it is. I do think that it is a part of the freeroll game, but that it is a bad habit to constantly pull the bluff move. It is a bad habit to even do it on a regular basis.

I have been reading some lately on the cash game and it seems the bluff is saved for rare occasions. I just recently read where a good cash player says that he only bluffs about 5 times a month.

Of course this is for the flat out bluff, and not to be confused with the continuation bet, semi-bluff or the positional raise.
