Anybody else having trouble getting last weeks carbon cycle coupon for this week i managed to finish 7th but got no coupon for this weeks tourney i have contacted there suppoort and that was USELESS just curious if its just me or what thanks folks good luck tonight wish i was there!!! The Carbon rep emailed he was going to be issuing the coupons today and should have them done in time for the game

Well im logged into carbon and still no coupon in spite of finishing 7th last week so they managed to ruin the next 2 tourneys for me as there is no way im buyin into something i earned fair and square ..tried dealing with carbons SUPPORT?Huh
If thats what it is to be called they are a ridiculously Useless bunch of nothings for  :sure...it has soured me to carbon i think forever im wondering if they did it on purpose cause i used to complain to them so much in the past LOL..oh well not right but nothing i can do...Take care all... Carbon support can't issue coupons... that is out of their area - the coupons can only be issued by the Carbon rep.

Someone is looking into this...right now I don't know what the problem was. As soon as I find something out I'll post it here

I'm sorry - but since the coupons are issued manually stuff like this happens. Unfortunately it isn't the first time this has happened nor I'm afraid will it be the last

I've checked with several players - most didn't notice if they had a coupon or not. Couple told me they didn't have a coupon... but played and received two $1 coupons for the next game.

I just think this time of year, the Carbon rep is swamped and mistakes happen

Yeah something crazy happened i never received it BUT when i logged on the next day i did have the coupon for next weeks lol even though i wasnt in this weeks..But thats cool at least i feel they did something to correct it...MUCH appreciated..looking forward to it....and take care all....

On Jan 7th the request was sent to Carbon with all your usernames to be issued a TW coupon. As I've received two PM's so far from players on that list I don't know if they were accidentally missed or if Carbon never issued the coupons

I just sent an email to the Carbon rep, but because of the time difference doubt anything can be done to get coupons issued today.

It seems since the holiday's the Carbon staff have been overwhelmed and unable to catch up. Maybe they should rethink closing down their office for such an extended period for the holiday

As soon as I hear something I will post it in the forum
