How aggressive should I be on the button in Live play. Say everyone limps in Im on the button with ace rag should I raise fold or call. I think I should raise if there isnt a super tight player who hides big cards what do you guys think. I see alot of people abuse the button in live play. They seem to make good money doing it. Once in a while they get caught but for the most part it seems to work what do you guys think

yes agressive button play is a good idea if you know the players, have the stack. Look agression usually pays in poker. U just gotta do it right.

Look chipchomper, you say u just started, so here we go again. Button play is very complex. what part of it are you referring 2?Huh Or do you just want the general, don't try button raises to much with nothin or you will be caught?

If you are starting out, just play it as cheap as possible!  Being aggressive with out you having the goods can be deadly.

Until you know the player's style etc. just try to get into pots as cheap as possible.  When your reading abilities have improved to a level where you can risk chips or money do not play dumb or you won't learn anything.

good button play is very important in tournament poker. It can make the difference of making the final table or not. So learn it love it and live it. I dont know how to explain it without showing but alot of people do
