Trend or cycle - around WSOP time every year the donkey factor goes up --- way up. When all the news of the games and all the specials bring out the curious and the "next greatest poker player".  The news dies down and the donkey factor drops back to an acceptable level

Come November the news will again be filled with WSOP.  You will hear it off in the distance, gradually getting louder .... the stampede of the donkeys ... headed to a virtual poker table.

There is nothing more frustrting than flopping trips or a str8 and nothing you do gets the one with suited gaps out of the hand.

I have also noticed of late, many more flops are deliverying to two playes either trips or 2 pair.   Makes for some huge pots and many bubbles .... the one typing this has been victim of this new wrinkle in the forever changing landscape of the RNG. Certainly not part of the donkey factor - but if you are keeping stats it throws the numbers off
