I just went and downloaded Bodog, when I tried to login I kept getting this message "YOUR CURRENT ACCOUNT STATUS DOES NOT ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO THE POKER ROOM. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE" After making a phone call to them, they tell me there is nothing wrong with my account and I should be able to login with no problems. Well they changed my deposit status from US dollars to Canadian, that didn't work, they asked if I could uninstall and reinstall, that didn't work, then they changed my password, that didn't work, they asked me to restart my computor, that didn't work, then they asked me to shut down my putor and start from there, that didn't work, they asked if I could sign in from the website, no problem there, but I still can't play poker from there website, they asked me to try loging in using my email addy and password, then my acct. # and password, and still the same message pops up. Do any other of my fellow Canucks have this problem?

I downloaded it last night and didn't have a problem.....when i initially tried to go into a freeroll just to see what their tables looked like, i got a message that i didn't set up a money account...so went to the link in the message and did so and then all was well........ sorry you are having probs...sounds weird that even their 'help line' couldn't help.

Ya they told me I should have picked the CAN Funds button when I signed up for my acct. but that option was not part of my application so they put me down for Canadian money and still doesn't work. I'm going to ask them to delete my account all together and then have them open it up for me manually. Hope that will work.

And Witchy, I have Bodog as a trusted site and still no go, mind you I may have you pm me the steps you used and I'll try it again. If you have the time that is?
